Holmes Beach is actually a small town on Anna Maria Island. There are three towns in all – Anna Maria, Bradenton Beach and Holmes Beach. But for your purposes, it’s the beach on which Mello is situated! Hello? That’s the sugar white powdery sand calling your name!
BEAN POINT
If you like things natural with plenty of secluded spots, Bean Point is for you! On the far north end of Anna Maria Island, Bean Point is named after the island’s first resident, George Bean. There are no restrooms or amenities, but you can’t put a price on serenity.
